Who's Who!

Pre Season Tournament

Everybody at the club is committed to children's enjoyment of football, we coach all abilities from all ages, everyone is welcome. We have qualified FA coaches to ensure that children are trained and looked after in a manner you should expect from a community football club. All of our Managers and Coaches are CRB checked and have attended first aid & child protection courses. All of our coaches, parents and helpers operate on a purely voluntary basis, We encourage parents and helpers alike to join in and experience the rewards of the children's development.

 Harrogate Gateway disability football club's Annual 5-a-side tournament is scheduled for Sunday 5th July 2009 at Killinghall Moor Community Park, Harrogate. Over sixty teams are expected to attend.

Killinghall Nomads JFC support this event & more volunteers are urgently needed to come forward to help:-

• Setup on the Saturday 4th July - Marking out football pitches & transporting goals & supplies etc

• Setup & put away on Sunday 5th July - Setting up goals & any last minute jobs etc

• Pitch Managers (or Pitch Marshals) on Sunday 5th July - coordinating teams & games, assisting & liaising between the referees & event organisers.

• Car Parking marshals on Sunday 5th July - Manage & coordinate arrivals & car parking at Killinghall moor. Maintaining access. Many teams arrive in coaches that need assistance parking.

It doesn't have to be whole days. A couple of hours or half a day setting up, pulling down or marshaling is appreciated. The more people the merrier..

 It also doesn't just stop with us managers, coaches & parents. There are support roles for responsible boys & girls of teenage years (U13's to U17's) to be involved.

 Boys train every Saturday at 9.00am on Harrogate High School's playing fields. Why not come along and see our coaches and children in action. We are always looking for new members so feel free to ask any  of our coaches for details of how to enroll. Want to know about the Girls or Sportability? Click the links above!

We have adopted a new. "ZERO TOLERANCE" policy, everyone involved in the club should download a copy and understand fully what is expected.
